Does the Hillcrest Marketplace accept returns or exchanges?
In most cases, items from the Hillcrest Marketplace can be exchanged because of size, or manufacturer defect within 30 days of merchandise receipt. Custom items cannot be returned or exchanged.

Only stock apparel in new condition is eligible for return/refund. Apparel that has been washed, worn or has had tags removed may not be returned.

To exchange or return items because of size or manufacturer defect:
  1. Contact Hillcrest Marketplace customer service at [email protected] to obtain a return authorization (RA) number.
  2. Return merchandise postage-paid to:

    Nashville, TN 37228
Credit or exchanges for returned merchandise are processed within 48 hours during normal business operating hours. Please keep a record of shipment (packing slip, invoice) until a credit or exchange has been received.
